Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes when refunds or cancellations may be available for subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features on Velocity TV.
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if a purchase was made in error, if content was unavailable due to a verified platform issue, or if required by local law.
2. Request window
- Monthly subscriptions: requests within 7 days of the charge.
- One-time purchases: requests within 48 hours of purchase.
- Annual plans: requests within 14 days of the first charge.
3. How to request a refund
Email billing@velocityfm.example with your account email, transaction ID, and a brief reason for the request. We typically respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by local law.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not usually granted for fully consumed purchases, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
