6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (INDIA SPECIFIC)

Velocity TV does not permit children under 18 years to create an account or use the Platform independently.

If you are below 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and through the account of a parent/legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that data of a minor has been collected without appropriate parental consent, we will delete such data promptly.

As a user ("Data Principal"), you have the following rights:

Requests will be acknowledged within 72 business hours and processed within timelines mandated by Indian law.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the DPDPA, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Policy.
